Material-aware methods
Hardwood, vinyl, epoxy, stone, stainless steel, glass, rubber flooring, and newly finished surfaces do not all accept the same products or tools. Labels and manufacturer guidance come first.
Respect for the property
Access instructions, pets, alarms, delicate belongings, confidential work areas, and client restrictions are confirmed and followed.
Honest boundaries
General cleaning does not include repairs, restoration, hazardous-material work, regulated waste, mould remediation, pest control, or unsafe high-access tasks unless an appropriately qualified service is separately arranged.
