How the information is used

The information is used to respond to your request, assess service coverage, prepare or discuss a quote, schedule work, coordinate access, deliver the agreed service, and follow up about the booking.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, permanent alarm codes, identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive information by ordinary email. Temporary access details should only be shared after the booking and handover method are confirmed.

Sharing and retention

Information should only be shared with people who need it to coordinate or complete the requested service, or when required by law. Quote and service records may be retained for reasonable business, accounting, safety, and dispute-resolution needs.

Website technology

This static website may be delivered through a hosting provider that processes basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security logs. The website does not intentionally use an account system or store quote-form submissions on the site.

Your choices
