Project overview
This page documents a representative Swoop N Shine scope and planning approach for a furnished condo in Downtown Toronto. Exact inclusions, crew size, products, equipment, price, and timing always depend on the actual site and walkthrough.
The cleaning challenge
Tight guest windows, elevators, parking, linens, consumables, and issue reporting must fit one repeatable checklist.
The useful first step is to separate general cleaning from specialist work, permanent damage, hazardous conditions, repairs, high-access tasks, and items controlled by another contractor. That keeps the proposed checklist safe and prevents unclear promises.
Proposed scope
- Kitchen and bathroom reset
- Bed-making with supplied linens
- Dusting and floors
- High-touch points
- Garbage to on-site bins
- Basic visual issue report
Every scope is confirmed against the live property. Items can be added, removed, or priced separately when access, condition, residue, height, equipment restrictions, or timing differ from the first description.
Work sequence
The host supplies access, bed setup, laundry responsibility, consumable list, garbage instructions, and check-in deadline. The cleaner follows the property order consistently.
- Complete a site review, photo review, or walkthrough.
- Confirm access, utilities, safety restrictions, and trade completion.
- Work from cleaner high areas toward detailed surfaces and final floors.
- Protect new or sensitive finishes and test unfamiliar methods.
- Complete the final quality check against the written scope.
Quality-control focus
The final check is completed from the guest's point of view: entrance, smell, beds, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and visible glass.
This is a planning case study, not a promise that every site has the same condition, timeline, price, or result. A site-specific quote is required.
